Terms of service
Simple ground rules for using and contributing to HEX.
Local review draft · Not approved for public launch
Before public launch
HEX is a free, non-commercial film-discovery project. These terms still need an age approach and a final check against the features actually available at launch.
Using HEX
HEX helps you discover films; it does not stream them. Use the site lawfully, keep your sign-in details safe and do not access someone else's account, bypass security or disrupt the service.
Your contributions
Your original writing and images remain yours. Only post material you have the right to use. By publishing, you allow HEX to store, format and show that contribution within the site according to your chosen visibility. This is not a transfer of ownership; the final terms will explain what happens when you remove work or close your account.
Rules and moderation
See Community rules and Moderation and reporting. Public publishing requires an operational reporting and appeals process.
Information and third-party content
Film information, dates and suggestions can be incomplete or change. Third-party imagery, videos and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. An available embed is not permission to download or re-upload a video.
Changes and availability
HEX may correct content or temporarily restrict features to keep the service safe or working. We will explain material changes to these terms. Nothing here removes rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Who operates HEX
HEX is operated by Richard Bushill. You can contact HEX at hello@hex.watch.
