Critique the work, not the person
Strong opinions about films are welcome. Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, impersonation and sharing private information are not. Do not encourage violence or illegal activity.
Share material you have permission to use
Post your own writing and only upload images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload pirated films or link to unlawful copies. An image being online does not give you permission to upload it.
Give people a choice
Mark spoilers clearly. Do not use graphic or sexual imagery to shock people through an avatar or upload. Discussing disturbing films is not permission to target other members with disturbing material.
Keep contributions useful
Avoid spam, scams, deceptive promotion and attempts to manipulate ratings or votes. Disclose relevant connections when promoting your own work.
When something goes wrong
Read Moderation and reporting. The public moderation process must be operational before public community publishing opens.
