Report content
Use a report control where available, or contact HEX with the page link, reason and relevant context. For rights complaints, identify the work, your relationship to the rights holder and the disputed material. Disagreement with a rating is not, by itself, a breach.
Review and action
The proposed process assesses reports against community rules, context and applicable law. Actions can include no action, asking for an edit, restricting or removing content, or restricting an account. Serious safety or legal concerns may require prompt action. Do not use reporting to harass someone.
Appeals and complaints
If a decision appears wrong, provide its reference and your reasons through the contact route. Do not repost removed content to bypass restrictions. Before launch, HEX must establish monitored appeals, decision records and notices. This draft does not promise an untested response time.
Privacy
Submit only relevant information. Do not publicly identify reporters or share private report correspondence. Report retention and access controls must be confirmed before public launch.
