About HEX
HEX exists to make discovering horror films more enjoyable.
Discover horror
HEX is a horror-film discovery website built for people who know exactly what they want and people who would rather follow their curiosity.
It brings a structured catalogue together with detailed filters, collections, lists, reviews and connected ways to explore. HEX is not a streaming service: it combines sourced film information with horror-specific classification and editorial judgement to help you choose.
How HEX works
Search Films or combine HEX descriptors, year, runtime, country and language filters. Incoming opens with films that have trailers, and you can clear that filter to explore the wider incoming inventory.
HEX descriptors connect films by characteristics such as threat, setting and atmosphere. Unearth and Map offer other routes through the catalogue. Suggestions are discovery aids, not guarantees that a film will suit you.
Community discovery
Explorers can publish collections, ordered lists and reviews. An account connects your profile, saved work and film actions. A rating alone belongs to your private catalogue; publishing a review is a separate choice.
